A Journey Through London Subculture: 1980s to Now

The ICA has extended this Offsite exhibition until 3rd November, so there's more time to enjoy London's post-punk cultural landscape.  Over fifty vitrines plus video and installations by artists and designers including Gilbert & George, Alexander McQueen, Sibling, J W Anderson, Bethan Laura Wood, Matthew Darbyshire and Louise Gray fill the space as well as playing host to a series of talks.

Last weekend included a panel discussion,  Collecting Art in the Age of Digital Technology, chaired by Heather Corcoran, and  in the afternoon Bright Young Things, an introduction to Selfridges 'Bright Young Things',  Eleanor Davies, Grace Hamilton, Keely Hunter, Clementine Keith Roach, Anna Lomax, Cari Marsden, Tasha Marks, Alan Taylor and The PoundShop, all recently responsible for taking over Selfidges windows on Oxford Street, discussed their various disciplines and practices.
