PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed and is being processed we will notify you via email of your order summary. You will then receive a second email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This email will also provide a tracking number so you can trace the location of your order.

All orders will be dispatched via Royal mail recorded delivery services, and must be signed for upon delivery.

If you have any specific instructions for delivery please note them in the comments box when you complete your order transaction. If there is any delay in the dispatch of any items, we will contact you via email to let you know the progress of your order.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email, and any payment made will be refunded.
