Postage and Shipping

Blitz aims to deliver orders to UK customers within 3 – 5 working days. For customers who require delivery outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 – 12 working days. 

All our orders are sent with Royal Mail, Airmail or Hermes, all services require a signature. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched informing you of your order summary and tracking number letting you know it is on it’s way.

If you place your order before 12pm (Monday-Friday) it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following working day.

Please note that if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday or any time over the weekend it will be dispatched on the following Monday. UK bank holidays and public holidays are also NOT classified as delivery days.

If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or to rearrange your delivery (for International delivery, your local post supplier.)  Please make sure you collect your parcel within 7 days or it will be sent back to us. If this occurs we will re-deliver your item, however this will be at your own cost. Alternatively, we can refund you. You will be notified by email if we receive your parcel back.

          WITHIN THE UK
          Standard (4-5 working days) – £4.00   for first item
            Express (1-2 working days) – £5.50  for first item
         (£2 added for each additional item)
 
           EU EUROPE:
         Standard (7 working days) – £8.50   for first item
         (£2 added for each additional item)
 
         NON EU & REST OF THE WORLD: 
         Standard (10 working days) – £10.50  for first item
         (£2 added for each additional item)
 
Blitz also offer Free local pick up from our London store for UK based customers.
 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Blitz web store cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery times that are caused by external influences such as national and international public holidays, postal strikes or adverse weather conditions.
