If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought from us we offer a 10 day returns policy from the day you signed for your item. Unfortunately, we cannot do direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us first, receive your refund and then buy the other item in a separate transaction.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrect order delivery or faulty item(s) please contact [email protected] stating your order number and your reason for return. Please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard Royal Mail recorded delivery cost.

To return an item please follow the guide below:

1. Before returning please be sure the item is in the same condition it was received in. Items will not be accepted if they do not appear to be in the same condition they were delivered in.

2. Fill in the RETURN FORM that came enclosed with your item.

3. Items must be returned at your own cost. We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep proof of postage as we cannot be liable for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when returning parcels to us.

 When you have posted your returned item(s) we will send you an email notifying you of when we have received your delivery and that we are processing your refund. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return.

If you selected Local Pick up at the checkout you will be able to return your item to our London store up to 24 days after delivery. You must have all original packaging and proof of receipt (e.g. returns form) we can ONLY process your refund through Paypal, we cannot refund you for your online purchase in cash or by card at the till. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be completed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have NOT selected local pick up you can only return your item via postage.
